Words from a Happy Guitarist

Words from a Happy Guitarist

Greetings from a Happy Customer

Many years ago, when your shop was still located on Renstiernas, I bought a theTool guitar from you—a sunburst steel-string acoustic (Western) model, if I remember correctly.

At that time, my guitar playing was rather rusty and, to be honest, not very good. My fingertips were still soft, and my playing abilities were quite limited.

Today, that guitar has a completely different place in my life.

I've developed far more as a guitarist than I ever expected. I've even started playing some Pat Metheny pieces—perhaps not the most challenging ones, but still. I may never become a truly great guitarist, but over the years I've realized that what really matters is being able to create the sounds that resonate with you and always seeing new paths for growth. For me, that's enough.

I don't want to sound overly philosophical, but I would honestly say that playing the guitar has led me down a musical journey that sometimes feels almost spiritual.

And my theTool guitar—the one I bought from you—is at the heart of that journey.

So I simply wanted to write these few lines to say:

Thank you!

Wishing you a Merry Christmas and all the best for the New Year.
